On 01.02.2022 at the first meeting of the General Assembly of RESILIENCE, (GENA), in which Prof. A. Totomanova represents Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski”, three executive directors of the European infrastructure were elected.
The detailed plan for upgrading and updating the Histdict system, developed by Comsoft Ltd. after active consultations and meetings with the team of ELINIZB was submitted to the office of Sofia University at the end of November 2021, after which it was approved and accepted by the infrastructure team and the funding program.
At the beginning of September 2021 Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and Comsoft Ltd. signed a contract for further development and upgrading of the Histdict system for processing old Bulgarian texts.
The electronic research resources and tools for processing medieval texts of proven Bulgarian origin have been created for 10 years through a series of scientific and educational projects. The Histdict system is currently part of the Cyrillomethodiana web portal and consists of the following resources and tools:
On 31.08.2021 the perspectives of the National Infrastructure ELINIZB as part of the European Research Area were presented by Prof. Totomanova with a report on "Electronic infrastructure for studying Bulgarian literary heritage as part of the European infrastructure for religious studies RESILIENCE".
In June, 2021, the ESFRI Forum (European Strategic Forum on Research Infrastructures) included RESILIENCE in the Research Infrastructure Roadmap 2021. This means that RESILIENCE will take its place in the strategic Research Infrastructures for the European Research Area and that it can work on the further development of the Research Infrastructure for Religious Studies.
